Weekly Update 07/18/2022 (Week #11)
Our weather continues to hold out and although its been warm (or should I say hot), the course is still surviving the heat wave and drought that we are experiencing. The balls are getting the extra rolls from the dry conditions. The maintenance crews are doing a great job in keeping up the course. They were again working on the cart paths Friday, filling in a lot of the low spots and holes on the paths.
The league didn’t get heartbroken in week 11 as we did pull out all the stops and had a regular scramble. Thank goodness the teary eyes had dried up from week #10. We did not have any closest to the pin or skins as we just paid out the top three winners of the scramble. Listed below are the teams and how they finished in the scramble. Two teams tied and the winner was decided by going to the card to see which teamed faired the best according to the handicap of the hole.
