Golden Hawk Golf Club \u2013 <\/strong>Fluid Systems 2026 \u2013 <\/strong>Weekly Update \u2013 Week #18<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Week 18 was another perfect night for golf as the weather has co-operated greatly for the last several weeks. The Championship match was a close match throughout the evening play. After the first three holes,<\/span> Ziggy had a 1\/2 point lead over Mike Oliver, posting (9 points). Oliver with (8.5 points), Dutton (7 points) and Oltersdorf (5.5 points). Dave made his move in the middle three holes as he accumulated (10 points) to take a 2.5 point lead over Ziggy and Mike and 3 point lead over Eric. It came down to the last three holes where Dave put together (8 points) to assure him of the victory. In the last three holes Eric posted the most points with (8.5). Ziggy took (7 points) and Mike finished the last three holes with (6.5 points). Dave Dutton finished with a total of (25 points), 2.5 points ahead of Eric who posted (22.5 points). Ziggy (21.5) points and Mike (21 points). Very nice shooting by all. Dave Dutton finished with a (41). Ziggy and Eric (42) and Mike Oliver (43). Great round and shooting by all. Congratulations goes to Dave Dutton who takes the Championship in the first year of playing in this league. While these four were fighting for the championship, the balance of the league played the infamous Red Tee Scramble. <\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Team #2: Matt Lindgren, Kelly Strahan, Brayden Steele & Frank Burcar (-5) takes 2nd place. ($60.00)<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Team #6: Ray Ressler, Kevin Grubb, Joe Crescenti & Larry Grubb (-5) takes 3rd place. ($40.00)<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Team #5: Josh Vermeesch, Nick Kinney, Mike Stolber & Joe Provo (-4) takes 4th place. ($20.00)<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Team #3: Gary Kwapik, Billy Mason, Justin Thomason & Ryan Swoish (-4) takes 5th place. ($20.00)<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Team #4: Jason Steele, Mark Steiner, Mike Donovan & Bill Carver (-2) takes 6th place. ($20)<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

It was a very good season. Looking forward to next year. Everyone have a safe winter.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

NOTE: Our Outing this year will be held at Solitude Links Golf Club on the 25th of September. So, make plans on attending if you can. This is a Friday and we will start somewhere around 12 Noon. The total cost will be $85.00 per person. 18 holes of golf, lunch and dinner and money prizes for the scramble.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n
