Gentlemen,
We have scheduled a League Meeting for the 12th of April at 6:00 PM at Golden Hawk Golf Club. Our first night of league will start on May 3rd. I need to develop this year’s roster of players for multiple reasons, so I need to know which teams are coming back and which teams are not. I have to put the registration packages together and need to know the number of teams that will be returning. Please list your team players. Please reply as soon as possible regarding your intentions for both the league and the meeting. Throughout the year we hear various complaints or suggestions and it’s too late to do anything about it then when the league is in progress. So, please come to the meeting prepared with your suggestions or concerns to be addressed by the rules committee members of this league. We will try to address all relevant issues brought up by the league members. The committee will evaluate any needs brought up that can be changed and assess at the meeting. If you have suggestions and do not show up at the meeting, then please understand those issues will not be considered after the league meeting is completed.
As far as I know, our league fees will remain at $411.00 ($19.00 per week) for the season. If anything changes, I will know by the league meeting date. Please bring at least the first two and last two weeks of golf ($76.00) the registration fee ($50.00)to the league meeting totaling $126.00.
