Men’s Christian Golf League – Weekly Update 08/28/2025.
The conditions for the night were a bit on the damp side as the rain appeared while some of the league members were on the tee box. We were able to get the round in, but with a delay in starting and with the overcast conditions, it turned dark rather quickly. Ray was still nursing his knee had a sub that played very well in the conditions of the course shooting a one over par (37). Fred Darga comes in with the next best round shooting a (44). This will be the final week of the season with our final position round. Good luck to all.
Our Outing will be held on the 4th of October at The Myth Golf Course. I am working out the menu for dinner with the course and will notify everyone with the final price for the outing. We will have a 9AM tee off time. I will need to get a list of teams within the next two weeks.
This will be the last chance for Closest to the Pin on holes number 12 & 16. Currently the closest on #12 is 91″. No one has come inside 12′ on hole number 16. Good luck to all tonight on those two holes. Warren Hood has locked up hole #4 with 10″ and Ernie Danos has locked up hole #7 at 62.6″.
