Men’s Christian Golf League – Final Weekly Update 09/04/2025.
The conditions for the night were, well, perfect for a change. No rain and a very nice night for golf. There were two teams that were in the fight for the league championship. Team number 8 (Al Rossi & Larry Grubb) had a two point lead over last years winners, team #1 (Andre Viger & Ray Ressler) going into the final position round and final night of league play. The battle went back and forth between them. In the end though, Team 8 took 20 points to close out the season at the top of the pack. All four players played some very nice golf. Ray finished with a (40), Andre (41), Al (42) & Larry (44). Nice rounds by all. Congratulations to Team #8 (Al Rossi & Larry Grubb), your 2025 League Champions. We were pretty fortunate with the amount of rain we had in the first part of the season missing only two times. The first one at the start of the season and one other night that the course was flooded. It was a very nice season and appreciate all the brothers for their faithfulness to the league.
Our Outing will be held on the 4th of October at Golden Hawk. The price will $70.00 per player. We will have a 9 am tee off time. I will need to get a list of teams within the next two weeks.

There were only (3) Birdies posted by the players in our final week of league play – 09/04/2025. The course was still a bit stingy for the 3rd week in a row, but the conditions were much more favorable for our final week of play.
