MCGL Weekly Update – 06/12/2025

Men’s Christian Golf League – Weekly Update 06/12/2025.   

Week 6   (06/12/2025)

The weather has seemed to get much better in week 6. We had a very nice evening to play golf in and we had several nice rounds posted. Team #1 (Andre Viger & Ray Ressler) regain the top spot after dropping into third after our first position round. They played another tough team (Team #3-Bill Marsack & Kirk Cejmer) and came our on top as Andre posted the best round of the night with a 2 over par (37).  He and Ray combined to take 26 points and moved ahead of Team #8 (Al Rossi & Larry Grubb) by 5 points. Team #6 (Mike Marihugh & Fred Darga) dropped to third with Team #10 (Ernie Danos and Steve Fleck) remaining in fourth. With some luck, Mother Nature will continue to bless the league with some nice favorable weather to play golf in. Good luck to all, but remember to have fun!!

We will have our second scramble on the 26th of June. This will be 4 man best ball scramble. We will take the best drive and everyone will play their shots from that position and post the best two scores. We will not have league play on the 3rd of July and will resume play on the 10th of July with our second position round of the season.
