I’m having trouble reading the newsletter because of fuzzy letter characters. Zoom in or out doesn’t seem to help. Any suggestions?

I am going to look into that. I used a common font, Arial, and usually that prints out clear images. Since we are using a mail poet program to send out newsletter, we may have to tweak it to get it cleaner. I did notice that if I reduced the percentage at the bottom left, that it was easier to read. I went down to 80%. But I will check into it. I may have to use a different font. Thanks for the information Bill.
