The course was indeed &#8216;Wet&#8217; as Mother Nature has made sure that the April Showers continued into May (I am sure for the Flowers). Most of the teams finished the last few holes in the rain and some didn&#8217;t and took refuge in the warm and dry comfort of the clubhouse. Week one was our annual scramble to get everyone loosened up before match play begins next week. Here are the teams and how they finished:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Brian DeRita, Brent Cymbalski, Denny Obenauer &amp; Denny Kula finished at 4 under par (31) to win the scramble<\/span><\/strong>.<\/h3>\r\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Scott Brogdon, Billy Alessandrini, Rick Berschbach &amp; Ernie Danos finished at 2 under par (33).<\/span><\/h4>\r\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Andre Viger, Dennis McQuade, Mike Alessi &amp; Dave DePyper finished at even par (35).<\/span><\/h4>\r\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ken Huyghe, Abe Pomeroy, Bill Marsack &amp; Kirk Cejmer finished at even par (35).<\/span><\/h4>\r\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Wayne Davidson, Warren Hood, Walter Wnuk &amp; Tom Regal finished at 1 over par (36).<\/span><\/h4>\r\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ray Ressler, Stan Dreslinski, Larry Ball &amp; Norm Giraud finished at 2 over par (37).<\/span><\/h4>\r\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Congrats to Brian and team for a stellar 4 under in sloppy conditions.<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>05\/02\/2019 Well the conditions were not ideal for golf, but we got week 1 in the books.
