Week 5 – 06/04/2026

Men’s Christian Golf League – Weekly Update 06/04/2026.

The conditions for the night were very nice for a change. We have been getting off the tee following the other league pretty good so far. I think we were on a few minutes starting from our designated start time at 5:00. The “New Boys of Summer” are none other than Team #7 – Dan D’Amato and Nate Hood, who extended their lead to 9 points over Team #5 – Fred Darga and Mike Marihugh. Two teams are tied for 3rd, Team #2 – Andre Viger and Ray Ressler with #10 – Dennis Wnuk and Chris Offer. Dan and Nate took 29 points to lead all teams into the clubhouse with the most points in the round. Team # 1, who was near the bottom of the pack, had an exceptional round and came in with 27 points and jumped up into 5th from 14th place.  It was a very nice week of golf with some nice rounds posted.

We have also added Nate Hood to the Rules Committee this year. He is a welcome addition to the administration for the league. Continuing as the ruling committee are Andre Viger, who is the Assistant League Director and Bill Marsack who is also a member of the Rules Committee.  Again, if there are any league issues throughout the season, feel free to address any of the acting members of the committee.
