GREAT NEWS:

Mark Steiner has made a full recovery from the stroke he suffered. He is home and is planning on playing this week 6/15. The Doctors told him he can resume his activities without any limitations. We are looking forward to his return. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers.

Well we had another excellent night for golf. The course is still in very nice condition despite the lack of rain to help keep things green. The maintenance crew is doing a fantastic job on keeping everything in tip top shape. We appreciate their hard work.  Well, Kevin Grubb now has a companion at the top of the leader board as Johnny Garrity climbed up the ladder into a tie for 1st. Johnny took 17 points against his opponent last week. Mike Oliver also climbed up the ladder, jumping up from 7th to 2nd, with an 18 point performance against his opponent. Dave Dutton dropped to 4th from 2nd, and Justin Thomason drops down one notch to 5th. There is only three points separating 1st to 5th after week 6 play. Best rounds posted were Charlie Lehman and Rob Knapp both shooting 3 over par rounds of (38). Mike Oliver the only other player to shoot under forty with a round of (39). There were several nice rounds posted in last weeks league play. Good shooting by all.
